It’s inevitable that if you’re a female nudist you will garner a lot of attention from almost anyone, and this is especially true if you’re surrounded by males of any age or background. Honestly, this holds true whether you’re naked or not, but much more so if you are naked. Regardless of one’s intentions, you’re going to get noticed. This type of attention is most certain to scare off someone who may be just trying to dip their foot into the nudist world.

I’m not saying all guys are creepy or just want to see nude women…or just naked people in general, but it’s known that guys are stimulated visually more than women. I’m no doctor or biologist, but it just seems to be how guys are made, and I don’t blame them for that. They just need to be cognizant of their behavior and go above and beyond to not be “that guy”.

Don’t get me wrong. I love it when people are naked, and I enjoy being surrounded by nudist when I can, but I may not necessarily engage in large groups. I’m more of a silent observer blinded by own thoughts. However, I’m usually ok with having one-on-ones or a very small group discussion.

What is bothersome to me, and I’m sure to a lot of others, is being overwhelmed with attention. I guess it’s the nature of the beast with having such a large social media following, but I get so many replies and private messages that I just don’t know what to do. Sadly, the majority of the private messages are uninvited dick pics of erections. This tells me the only things that person is interested in is getting his ego stroked, getting an erotic thrill, or trying to get me to send them pictures. Pretty much 100% of the time that person gets blocked.

I’m pretty laid back and I don’t really get offended by anything, and genuinely take things in stride without judging anyone. However, this type of behavior can be terrifying to a lot of women, especially if they are not looking for it. Additionally, I can see how some women would be put off by the nudist life thinking everyone will look at them as a sexual object. If you’re a woman reading this, please don’t be put off by this behavior. It’s typically not common in a setting with genuine nudists. I have a lot of conversations with nudist men, and not one of them has asked me for any kind of picture, sent a dick pic, made any inappropriate advance.

So for all the women out there reading this, I’d like to ask you what really scares you from at least trying the nudist life? If you’re worried about the drives of men that will come after you, then I hope this post will help alleviate that fear, and encourage you to seek out established organizations with a genuine member base. These organizations will give you the greatest level of support, and will go out of their way to make you feel comfortable.

Finally, if you’re a man reading this, I would like to encourage you to just seek genuine conversation with any woman. Nudist or otherwise. Don’t expect, ask, or desire to get pictures. Naked or not. Treat the woman like a welcomed equal, a friend, and nothing more. I’m sure you will be more fulfilled by the woman than an image of her.

    1. Yes. It can be very intimidating for a woman, especially if there is an over abundance of men. I’m not saying men are malicious I’m their intents or thoughts, but the attention she gets can be more than desired. Thank you for your comment, and I hope my post can help your organization change to make the women feel more at ease. Maybe offer a ladies night or ladies only events to help bring them back. Free drinks or other incentives.

Let me know your thoughts on this!
