Nudist are people who enjoy the freedom of life without clothes in either a private or social setting. Nudists do not participate in public sex or embrace a sexualized environment. Embracing nudism means one accepts their body the way it is and does not care what society thinks or what is societal norms. Those who practice some form of a naked life are much happier with themselves and accepting of their bodies.
